The Burren Electric Bike Tour takes you off the beaten track to some stunning locations in the magical Burren region. Tolkien based the setting of his book the ‘Lord of The Rings’ on the landscape of the Burren.
A fully guided Dolmen electric bike tour is available Monday to Sunday from March to October 2020. To view availability and book click on the book now button above or contact us by email for more information. The self-guided Burren electric bike tour is available any day and can be booked online. For private guided tours, please contact us directly for availability.
Visit a number of historic and pre-historic sites, both on and off the beaten track. Poulnabrone Dolmen is a must, but The Burren has hundreds of ancient sites, most of which are in stunning locations. We will visit some of these lesser known and less visited locations.
You will also get to experience some of the best scenery that the Burren has to offer. And what better way to do all this than on our Kalkhoff electric bikes? Our electric bikes will put a smile on your face, as you cycle up the hills and enjoy the landscape without the stress or the strain. Our guides are locals, so they know the place better than anyone: the hidden treasures, the history, landscape, flora and fauna, the folklore, and the great cafes and bars for pit stops along the way.
