Run by award-winning chef, Peter Jackson, offering exceptional food, beer brewed on-site and a warm welcome.

Caherconnell sheepdog demonstrations

Check out the combined skills of the border collies and their master John, who has been working with the adorable animals for years. Daily demonstrations from the middle of March to October.

Aillwee Caves

Explore life underground in one of Ireland’s most fascinating caves, Aillwee Cave. The lit chambers are full of fossils and formations you can visit during a 45 minute immersive Cave Tour.
