(maximum 6 people can be booked online, but subject to availability we can accommodate more people, so if you have more than 6 people please email us for availability).
The Burren is one of Ireland’s most spectacular landscapes and the best way to explore it is by electric bike. Beat the hills and the headwinds, and pedal your way through this amazing region steeped in history with an expert guide to show you around and make sure that you miss nothing. The electric bike will do most of the work while you enjoy spectacular views of the limestone landscape and the many historical sites; stop at Poulnabrone Dolmen, see ancient ring forts and explore other archaeological gems. The guide will look after everything while you enjoy the ride and the company of the other people in the group. We travel on tiny back roads with little traffic, but plenty of sights to see; distance is 22km and the tour is suitable for anyone over 5 feet tall with an interest in the Burren scenery, history and geology. Entry to Caherconnell ring fort can be arranged on the day if required.
Our usual start time is 10am and finish time is 2pm but if you prefer to start at another time, just let us know. We don't recommend starting any later than 2pm.
We can stop at a cafe at the half way point for a snack if you wish. You can decide on the day.
We can also visit Caherconnell Ring Fort, which costs €10 per person, again, you can decide this on the day.
